Yvonne O'Toole Irish Soprano
With close to two decades of experience to call on, classically trained soprano Yvonne O'Toole is "the perfect choice for your perfect day" when it comes to deciding on the wedding ceremony of your dreams.
Early in 2019, Yvonne once again demonstrated her prowess in the area of musical theatre, holding audiences spellbound with a simply stunning performance as the lead female , 'Emma Carew', in Tullamore Musical Society's production of Jekyll and Hyde. Such pedigree of performance is par for the course for this gifted vocalist, having set the bar high for herself by studying primarily under Marie Walshe in Limerick, and having completed her grades in voice with The Royal Irish Academy.
Other leading roles Yvonne has filled with distinction and acclaim include; 'Johanna' in Sweeney Todd, 'Hodel' in Fiddler On the Roof, 'Syrie' in The Likes Of Us, as well as roles in South Pacific, Jesus Christ Superstar, and The Magic Of The Musicals.
In fact, such is Yvonne's dedication to immersing herself in any party she takes on, becoming the character in question in both body and spirit with a deceptive ease, that having successfully auditioned for the opportunity, she was once offered the chance to study musical theatre in London's prestigious West End Academy.
Yvonne's natural charm and warm, engaging personality have always seen her drawn to ensemble work, as the foregoing is testament of. Her experience in this area extends to having featured as a member of the Bunratty Entertainers for several years, working on choral arrangements of traditional melodies by Colman Pearce.
In more recent times, Yvonne's talents have been sought out to give first public voice to new work by many composers. Among them, Australian based Ruth Beasley, for whom Yvonne premiered two large scale cantatas as principal soprano. Yvonne's presence has also been requested for more contemporary cultural performances, most notably with country music star Mike Denver at the world famous Rose of Tralee Festival.
